    The Bees

Rating:

Disaster:

Killer Creatures

Plot Summary:

A new strain of killer bees has begun an invasion of the United States and they have an ultimatum for mankind: live with us on a more equal footing, or don't live at all!

Comments:

'The Bees' is a low budget horror flick that manages quite well to entertain and intrigue. The basic premise is very similar to that of Irwin Allens 'Swarm' however it doesn't have the 'everyone lives happily ever after' ending that Allens film did.

Special Effects:

The special effects were actually quite good considering the obviously low budget for the film. 'The Bees' made use of some stock footage of plane crashes and explosions that actually looked quite impressive although the shots were very brief. See it if you can find it.
